Salon Perfect is a brand run under the same company as China Glaze at a much more reasonable price point. They came on the scene hot last year with their micro matte glitter polishes in all kinds of crazy neon combinations. Now they are here again with a very fun Valentines collection that includes several different styles of artificial lashes as well.
